Refund policy

Online Store Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days from when you receive your order.  If 14 calendar days have elapsed before you notify us that you wish to return the goods, then unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original undamaged packaging. In the case of clothing original tags should not be removed.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

Waders that have been worn in water

Rods that have been used

Reels that have been used

Fly Lines that have been used

Additional non-returnable items:
Gift cards

To complete your return, please email info@flyfishingireland.com and we will send you a returns form which must be completed and returned with the returned items.  

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Damaged/Missing Goods
If your order arrives damaged or with items missing please inform us within 7 days of receipt.  Otherwise we cannot issue a refund or replacement.  Photos of the damaged item along with photos of the damaged packaging must be sent.  

UK & US orders - Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Clonanav Fly Fishing is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.  If you decide to reject the package we cannot offer a refund.

Customs Charges on Returns
If your return is subject to customs charges and VAT this is not our responsibility and you will have to pay these before we can accept the return.  Please ensure that the package is labeled as a return and has a zero value.

Before you return any item to us please email us a photo of the item first to ensure the item is in the same condition as you received it - please email the photos to clonanavflyfishing@gmail.com

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at clonanavflyfishing@gmail.com

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at clonanavflyfishing@gmail.com and send your item to: Clonanav, Ballymacarbry Clonmel, Co Waterford IE E91XY44

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Clonanav Fly Fishing, Ballymacarbry Clonmel, Co Waterford IE E91XY44 IRELAND

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, we do not refund the original shipping costs.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.We strongly recommend you use a recorded/insured delivery service as we regret that we cannot be held responsible for returned goods lost or damaged in transit.
